**Profile-Service coordinator/Sales coordinator**

**Job location-Kothrud,Pune**

**Mech, electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation Diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor’s degree preferred).**

**- 1, 2 years of experience in a service coordination or customer support role, preferably in a related industry.**

Key Responsibilities:
1. Case Handling:

- Receive and process service requests from customers, ensuring timely response and resolution.

Follow up on open cases to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.

2. CRM/ERP Record Updating:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of service cases, customer interactions, and service

history in CRM/ERP systems.
- Ensure all relevant information, including customer details, service requirements, and resolution

actions, is properly documented for future reference and analysis.

3. Payment Follow-up/Collection:

- Coordinate with customers to follow up on pending payments for services rendered.
- Send reminders and invoices as necessary to facilitate prompt payment.
- Monitor payment status and escalate issues as needed to ensure timely collection.

4. Training:

- Provide training and guidance to service executives on company policies, procedures, and best

practices for handling service cases.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
