We are currently seeking a Network Support Advisor to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

We are currently seeking a Network Support Advisor to join our team in Noida (NCR location), India (IN). As a Network Support Advisor, your role will be a part of L2/L3 network team and work closely with different towers, solving issues on network devices in a Data Center environment.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Telco: WAN connectivity, LAN connectivity, Experience for new Circuits turn-up in Production enviornment.
Routing: OSPF, EIGRP, BGP
Switching: STP, NHRP, vPC, VLAN,VxLAN
Product: Cisco (LAN based/Nexus-DC switches), Cisco ISR/ASR routers, DELL DC switches
Security: Basic understanding of firewalls, F5 Load Balancer.

Job responsibility and Tasks:
Engineer is expected to do Configure, administer, monitor and troubleshoot complex Cisco enterprise environment for data communications and solution improvements within the Company's high-traffic, business-critical Internet production environment.

Installation, configuration, troubleshooting & monitoring of active network components like WAN/LAN/Internet (switches, routers etc).

Monitor network performance and provide security measures, troubleshooting and maintenance, as needed. WAN Communication links monitoring, third party network interface monitoring and maintaining the history logs, configuration and troubleshooting of third party network interfaces.

Detailed knowledge of Cisco, DELL or similar routing and switching platform.

Detailed level knowledge of IOS upgrade for Cisco devices (ISR/ASR routers, LAN IOS based switches), Cisco NX-OS based LAN/Data Center Switches.

Detailed level knowledge of Network Routing, Switching, LAN/WAN/WLAN.

Basic knowledge of Cisco ASA firewalls, Palo Alto Firewalls, F5 Load Balancers.

Detailed level knowledge of dynamic routing protocols such as BGP, EIGRP, and OSPF.

Shall be able to make recommendations for process and technical improvements.

Shall have good level knowledge for Network Analysis tools like Cisco DNA, Netbrain etc.

Shall have good knowledge of Wireshark capture tool for troubleshooting.

ITIL Process Adherence. Shall have good understanding of Incident, change management.
