Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to network connectivity, performance, and devices.
- Monitor network performance and identify areas of improvement.
- Configure, install and maintain network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, and network appliances.
- Ensure that all network devices are updated with the latest firmware and software, and perform regular maintenance tasks such as backups and patching.
- Work with third-party vendors and service providers to ensure timely resolution to network-related issues.
- Assist in the development and implementation of network security policies and procedures to ensure the organization’s network security is robust and up-to-date.
- Provide technical documentation and train end-users on new and existing network systems and services.
- Participate in the on-call rotation for after-hours support of network-related issues.

REQUIREMENT
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in network infrastructure support and troubleshooting.
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking and related protocols.
- Working knowledge of network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
- Familiarity with network monitoring tools like Wireshark or PRTG.
- Experience working in a Microsoft Windows environment.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and tools in a fast-paced environment.
