JOB DESCRIPTIONS FOR MAINTAINANCE ENGINEER

REQUIREMENTS:
- **In-depth knowledge of electrical and mechanical maintenance with hands on experience of 2-6 years.**

Should have good knowledge of CNC, VMC, GRINDING, CONVENTIONAL Machines.

**Good Knowledge of Machine drive, Fanuc Controller, electrical connections, motors, VFD, ball screw, turret, bearings, spindle assembly, Hydraulic, Pneumatic, etc.**

Must have excellent time managements skills & supervision.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- **Troubleshooting machinery breakdown or malfunctions, identifying the cause, and repairing or replacing malfunctions components.**

Co-ordination with the production team and performing preventive maintenance activities.

**Spares Management - Maintaining optimum spares, arrangement for the purchase of spares with purchase team, raising of PR requisition in ERP portal, and getting approval from HOD.**

CMMS work (PM calendar, checklist, ISO, EMS, Etc.,)

**Performing preventive maintenance tasks such as lubricating machinery or replacing filters.**

Monitoring equipment performance to ensure that it is operating efficiently and safe tolerances.

**Inspect completed work to ensure that it meets specifications and standards. QUALIFICATIONS: - ** Proficiency in Electrical & Maintenance departments.

**Excellent problem-solving skills.**

Education: - Diploma, BE, ITI. (Mechanical/Electrical).

Pay: ₹377,924.73 - ₹492,625.81 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- electrical and mechanical maintenance: 2 years (preferred)
- CNC, VMC, GRINDING, CONVENTIONAL Machines: 1 year (preferred)

**Location**:

- Dehu, Pune, Maharashtra (preferred)
