Responsibilities:

- Point person for maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, bills, and errands.
- Organize office operations and procedures.
- Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and landlord, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory.
- Maintenance of books of accounts.
- Preparing monthly invoice for filing GSTR1
- Preparing monthly GST returns and TDS.
- Managing vendor invoices and payments
- Ensuring TDS compliance before booking vendor invoices
- Basic knowledge of monthly closing of books of accounts
- Handling petty cash
- Managing the expense sheet
- Maintaining and ordering the stock for pantry

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in commerce
- Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Office Manager profile.
- Proven office management, administrative, or assistant experience
- Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems, and procedures
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of accounting, data, and administrative management practices and procedures
- Knowledge of Tally 2.
- Knowledge of QuickBooks
- Knowledge of clerical practices and procedures Shift timings: - 9AM to 530PM. Workday
- Mon to Fri

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
