Account Executive

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable functions.
- Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders.
- Reconcile financial statements and ensure accuracy in financial data.
- Monitor and manage petty cash transactions.
- Assist in budget planning and financial forecasting.
- Collaborate with the finance team for timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and presentations.
- Knowledge of Trial Balance, Balance Sheet, Journal, Ledger accounts.

**Administrative**:

- Handle general office administrative tasks.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven work experience of at least 1 year as an Account Executive or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles and financial regulations.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have work experience of accounting software i.e. Tally.
