We are actively seeking a skilled and experienced Accounts Executive with a strong background in US accounting to join our team at our Mohali office. The ideal candidate should have 3–5 years of hands-on experience in managing accounts receivables, accounts payables, and preparing financial statements in accordance with US accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end accounts receivable and payable processes
  • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Ensure compliance with US GAAP and accounting standards
  • Reconcile bank accounts, ledgers, and inter-company balances
  • Support month-end and year-end close processes
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors as required

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in US-based accounting
  • Proficient in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar tools
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and time management
  • Willingness to work full-time from our office in Mohali

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
