Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Executive, located in Mohali district. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing customer accounts, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include prospecting and acquiring new clients, handling customer inquiries, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with the sales and customer service teams to achieve business objectives.
Qualifications
- Experience in customer account management and client relationship building
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in preparing proposals and handling customer inquiries
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in an on-site role
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the utilities or energy sector is a plus
