- Monitoring account balances of Clients
- Preparing & mailing pending payment Letters
- Maintain all records like Vouchers, Receipts, Bills and Payments.
- Bank Reconciliation
- Preparing and managing Cheques, Cash Deposit, NEFT, and RTGS
- Monthly GST Working
- Reconciliation of Sundry Debtors & Creditors
- Payment to Vendors \ Suppliers \ Monthly Bills c/o Telephone\ Rent\ salaries to staff \ Imprest to Sales& Marketing Persons
- Handling petty Cash Records.
- Handling to Day-to-Day Accounting
- Prepare Salary Statement of employees
- Updating Tally ERP.

**Inward**
- _Convert Pending PO’s to Inward Material Requisitions for Stores Warehouse after checking quantities/ Prices/ Taxes, etc._

**Others**
- _Reconciliation of Purchases
- Imports_
- _Reconciliation of Imprest A/c’s of Sales & Marketing Persons_

**Follow-up for Payments from Customers**

**Accounts Executive discusses Accounts details with Director Finance**

**Accounts Executive discusses Material Status with Store Department**

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:
