Outlet Incharge

**Role Brief**:
We are looking to hire a Outlet Manager for our various locations across Pan India.

The role is to oversee the overall operations and success of the store, ensuring the experiential guest services and driving sales performance. Motivating the team to achieve set targets.

**Net salary - 30k-35k**

**Key Responsibilities**

Ensuring best services are given to our guest.

Achieving sales targets and profitability

Responsible for P&L of respective

Outlet budget and controlling expenses

Ensuring smooth functioning of store following compliance and SOPs

Inventory management

Maintaining hygiene in the store

Zero pilferages

Daily Reports to be submitted

Team management

Any graduate with Min 5 yrs of experience managing outlet.

Overseeing daily outlet operations, guest service, staff roster, inventory management.

Supervising & guiding staff towards maximum performance.

Leadership & Communication Skills to motivate team.

Ability to multi task.

Strong interpersonal skills.

Result oriented.
