**Job Description: Production Executive**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Be the main contact for clients about product status and delivery.
- Keep clients updated on order progress and delivery.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, logistics, inventory) to ensure smooth order processing.
- Work with the production team to ensure orders are completed on time.
- Track order progress and solve any issues.
- Work with procurement and logistics to ensure materials and products are delivered on time.
- Keep accurate records of orders, schedules, and dispatch details in Excel.
- Prepare and update order and shipment documents.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, formulas, reports, etc.)
- Qualification B.Com / B.B.A / B.A / BCA
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and independently when required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
