Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the entire manufacturing process to ensure quality production.
  • Implement and maintain industry standards to enhance product reliability and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with production, design, and quality teams for smooth workflow and process optimization.
  • Use CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) for machinery design and modifications.
  • Identify and troubleshoot technical and operational issues in production.
  • Ensure adherence to quality control measures throughout the process.
  • Coordinate with vendors for timely material supply and project requirements.
  • Lead and motivate the team through effective communication and leadership.
  • Stay updated with industry advancements and apply innovative manufacturing solutions.

Skills Required:

  • Technical: Proficiency in CAD software, strong understanding of manufacturing processes, fabrication, sheet metal operations, welding, and BOM preparation.
  • Software: Basic knowledge of Excel, MS Office, and data analysis tools.
  • Experience: Must have prior experience in a machine manufacturing company.
  • Communication: Excellent teamwork, collaboration, and written/verbal communication skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Other: Good project management, leadership, and execution skills to meet production goals efficiently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
