**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales and Business Development**
- Identify and approach potential customers in India and export markets.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored machinery solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and execute sales plans to penetrate new markets and expand business.
- Coordinate with the technical and production team to ensure smooth delivery of products.
- Maintain a database of potential and existing clients for follow-ups and relationship building.
- Conduct regular market research to understand competitor strategies and pricing trends.

**Marketing and Lead Generation**
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to generate leads and improve brand awareness.
- Develop and optimize company profiles on B2B platforms such as IndiaMART, Alibaba, and TradeIndia.
- Assist in content creation, including brochures, case studies, blog posts, and social media content.
- Manage exhibition planning and participation to showcase FusionTech products in trade fairs and industry events.
- Work with the design team to develop marketing materials, presentations, and promotional videos.

**Client Relationship and Account Management**
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries and concerns.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Provide after-sales support, including product training and troubleshooting assistance.
- Conduct customer feedback surveys and recommend improvements based on insights.
- Prepare and send quotations, proforma invoices, and follow up on payments.

**Reporting and Strategy Execution**
- Track sales performance, lead conversion rates, and marketing return on investment.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management review.
- Provide insights on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
- Work closely with the management team to develop new sales and marketing strategies.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum two years of relevant experience in B2B sales, industrial marketing, or machinery sales.
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of industrial machinery, manufacturing processes, and technical sales is a plus.
- CRM and Data Management: Knowledge of CRM tools like Zoho, HubSpot, or Salesforce is beneficial.
- Communication and Negotiation: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. Additional languages like Spanish, Arabic, or French are a plus.
- Presentation and Proposal Writing: Ability to create impactful sales pitches, presentations, and proposals.
- Willingness to Travel: Must be open to domestic and international travel for client meetings and exhibitions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
