**Inspector - Product Safety**:
**We Elevate... Your Responsibilities**:
A product safety supervisor is the person who examines the Quality of Elevator / Escalator post the installation to examine the set quality standards are being met. He/she will also be responsible for conducting timely audits for elevators/escalators which are under active portfolio of the branch
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Interaction and co-ordination with the Installation personnel for conduction of SAIS test for certification of elevators (SAIS Test -Schindler Acceptance Inspection Standards) - The test is conducted for all Schindler Elevators after installation and commissioning of the elevator to certify its requirements to Schindler standards.
- Interaction and co-ordination with the maintenance team for conduction of CPSI test for certification of elevators (CPSI Test is a process to standardize, consolidate and document safety inspection requirements and practices for all Schindler elevators after every 5 years of operation
- Ensuring and reporting of all non - conformities which have been found at the time of SAIS and CPSI before closing the certification of the elevator
