Job Title : Electrical SME for Safety & Quality

Level : Manager

Reporting to (Manager’s Title) : HSSE Head

Work Location : Gurugram

**About the Role incl number of Reportees**:
This role involves overseeing the safety and quality aspects of electrical products from design through to production and installation. It includes partner and manufacturing assessments, developing safe erection methodologies, conducting inspections, and providing training. Additionally, it requires involvement in product development, including proof of concept evaluations, remote and on-site inspections, and providing practical solutions, with a focus on benchmarking and continuous improvement.

**Responsibilities**:

- New product development with safety aspects is incorporated at the design stage for electrical products.
- Partner assessment on safety & product development
- Manufacture product manufacturing assessment for quality & safety
- PDI inspection for Electrical products
- Develop steps for erection methodology with safety aspects incorporation
- Check the process applicability in the field & suggest the changes if any
- Conduct training for the field team on quality & safety aspects
- Involve in the POC for new electrical product development
- Do site inspection for operation sites remotely & physically
- Provide practical & feasible solutions for electrical products
- Benchmarking of electrical products.

- Remote/on-site inspection experience

**Education -**: Diploma or B. Tech in Electrical, Electronics & Instrumentation, Electronics & Communication

**Work Experience -**For Diploma minimum: 10+ years of experience & for B.Tech 7+ years of experience) Infra Telecom Experience preferred

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
