**POST: DEPUTY MANAGER- TECHNICAL Education**:B.TECH (COMPULSORY)**

**Experience**: 3 years experience with an accredited inspection body (desirable as mentioned below):
**- Previous experience with Inspection Body accredited as per ISO/IEC 17020 (mandatory)**
- Experience in regulatory bodies’ assessment in technical and quality department
- Experience in leading a team of inspectors for inspection/ QA/QC activity for various sectors like Textile, Footwear, Leather, Building material, Food, Chemical, Pharma, Oil & Gas, etc.

**Skills and Knowledge**:
1. Training certificate as per ISO/IEC 17020, ISO/IEC 17065

2. Training certificate (Either Lead or Internal auditor) as per ISO 9001.

3. Understanding of various inspection activities as mentioned below:

- Sampling,
- Stage-wise/ Final Inspection;
- Pre-shipment inspection;
- Verification of packaging and marking,
- Container stuffing and dispatch,
- Visual and dimension of quality or quantity etc.
- Factory audit and surveillance audit process

4. Must be able to work with computers utilizing Microsoft Windows and Office suite of packages.

5. Must have formal training in QA/QC Management and working knowledge of ISO 9001 and 14001 systems.

6. An ability to work to tight deadlines and within constraints

7. Excellent team management/leadership skills

**Responsibilities**:
1. Familiar with the inspection procedures & method (level-III of ISO/IEC 17020) to operate the inspection.

2. Support the technical Manager as deputy during NABCB assessment

3. Coordinate with the NABCB assessor to ensure a smooth transition of assessment.

4. Coordinate with regulatory bodies to meet accreditation terms and conditions.

5. Review inspection and production schedules and manpower resources.

6. To contribute technical and sector-specific knowledge and experience to the Inspection team.

7. To manage an inspection team (Includes inspectors, auditors, and Inspection coordinator).

8. Assign and supervise employees to maximize inspection objectives, maintain quality, and attain output requirements.

9. Participates in establishing and modifying inspection methods and processes by recommending changes in materials, equipment, and procedures.

10. Familiar with testing requirements of product as per standard specifications.

11. Ensure the calibration of equipment as per standard specifications.

12. Maintains a variety of reports, records, and inspection documentation to reflect schedules, performance, and methods.

13. Ensure that all company manuals, vehicles, tools, equipment, etc. are maintained by inspection teams in accordance with company procedures and policies and in a professional manner.

14. Must be capable of developing & supporting QA/QC Inspection Plan.

15. Must be capable of developing and interpreting the QA/QC-related procedures and guidelines and actively pursue all staff to adhere to the QA/QC standards.

16. Establishes training plans and assures appropriate training is delivered as required.

17. Knowledge of safe handling practices for hazardous materials.

18. Experience with engineering specs and drawings.

19. Represent the company on national & international stage for professional development.

20. Any other work assigned by Top Management

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
