**Role Description**

The “Planner & Learning Analytics role” plays a crucial role in supporting the team and leadership by:

- **Data-Driven Planning**: Serving as an advisor to the Head AMLE by utilizing data and insights from

various projects and initiatives to provide informed recommendations.
- **Goal Achievement**: Assisting the Head AMLE in developing action plans to achieve MPCP goals,

including facilitating coordination meetings with CP (check point) owners to track progress and

ensure goal realization.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Collaborating with planners from different sections and

departments to ensure seamless coordination and workflow.
- **Project Performance Reporting**: Monitoring and controlling the performance of ongoing projects,

with oversight of multiple projects and the use of dashboards and metrics to track progress
- **Metrics Development**: Defining and establishing metrics for project performance management to

effectively measure and evaluate project outcomes.
- **Performance Reporting**: Regularly tracking and reporting performance against the established

metrics to provide transparency and insights for decision-making.
- **Strategic Initiative Coordination**: Coordinating the execution of strategic initiatives within the

Academy, working in tandem with partner teams to ensure alignment and success
- **Inquiry Handling**: Assessing inquiries directed to the Head AMLE, determining the appropriate

course of action, and delegating tasks to the relevant individuals for efficient management
- **Issue Resolution**: Ensuring that all staff issues are addressed in a timely, efficient, and judicious

manner. Keeping a close watch on progress until each issue is satisfactorily resolved.

**Requirement**
- 4-6 years of work experience in managing projects in learning and other environments
- Education: Preferably, MBA
- Additional professional certification in Project Management like PMP, Prince, Scrum Master, Agile
- Coach etc, would be preferred
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis, statistical tools, and data visualization to effectively
- assess the impact of learning and development programs and provide actionable insights.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of data analytics software and tools, such as Excel, SQL
- data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau or Power BI)
- L&D Knowledge: Preferably, an understanding of learning and development principles, training
- methodologies, and organizational learning needs to effectively translate data into meaningful
- recommendations for improvement.
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to handle ambiguity and complexity within the section.
