WEDDING PLANNER
We are looking for an enthusiastic Wedding Planner to help our clients achieve their dream wedding experience. Right from the time that they chose the venue till they bid adieu after their celebrations, they will have to be a close confidant with the wedding party. Other responsibilities include outbound sales for event planning, lead conversions, intricate wedding planning, monitoring on-site activities, reviewing wedding expenses, and ensuring compliance with safety standards, among other smaller roles.

**Responsibilities**:

- Outbound sales towards wedding planning
- Meeting and pitching to clients for wedding planning services
- Venue booking conversion along with wedding planning as a package
- Discussing and planning wedding theme, venue setup, and other requirements with the clients
- Providing creative input in terms of decor, stationery, invites, music, etc and presenting the wedding proposal to the client based on their needs
- Preparing and maintaining wedding guest list
- Arranging transport to the wedding venue and other facilities for the guests
- Planning itinerary for the wedding day function and other ceremonies
- Liaising with different vendors and suppliers and negotiating contract terms
- Obtaining quotes from vendors and ensuring timely payment
- Discussing budget and travel restrictions with clients especially for a destination wedding
- Undertaking all wedding preparations within the set budget
- Being physically available on the wedding day for wedding coordination and wedding management
- Creating and communicating an appropriate timeline for all the wedding activities
- Ensuring all wedding supplies are transported to the venue in a timely manner
- Ensuring that clients' wedding gifts and personal property are packed away and secured in an assigned vehicle or storage room.
- Obtaining feedback from the client and maintaining a record of the events covered (photographs, reviews, etc)

Qualifications:

- 3-4 years’ experience as an Event/Wedding Planner (Non-negotiable)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle stress and last-minute stress with ease
- Impressive negotiating and communication skills
- Knowledge of trending colour palettes and design trends and wedding industry trends
- Basic understanding of different religious practices
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills
- Ability to build a network and maintain professional links
- Highly creative and detail-oriented
- Excellent leadership skills
- Familiarity with different event management tools

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
