Paas Planner

Act as lead planner for new [Procurement as a Service] Business Vertical with ~10 FTE
- Work with Business leads to develop, pilot, refine and build vertical
- Help undertake analysis on company data, market information, and other key parameters to guide work planning, monitoring, and execution
- Help Leads to prepare key management reports and dashboards to keep business on track
- Work closely with Business leads and planners of other departments to ensure smooth planning and execution of daily tasks across the Business Vertical

**PaaS Planner Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales planning, sales operations, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
- Proficiency in using, Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets / CRM software and other sales-related tools.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong sense of ownership.

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
