Patient Support Assistant

We are seeking an empathetic and driven Patient Success Executive to introduce HealthCred's reimbursement financing product directly to patients in hospitals. This role is pivotal in helping patients access financial solutions, guiding them through the process, and coordinating with hospital teams to ensure a seamless experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Pitch and Educate:
- Engage with patients at partner hospitals to introduce and explain products.
- Address patient queries and concerns empathetically to build trust.
- Documentation and Coordination:
- Assist patients with documentation and ensure accurate submission.
- Coordinate with hospital teams to facilitate the patient journey effectively.
- Reporting and Metrics:
- Track daily patient interactions and conversion metrics.
- Provide regular updates to the HealthCRED team on performance & challenges.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and English.
- Empathy, integrity, and a problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to build trust with patients and explain innovative financial solutions clearly.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent educational background.
- Minimal prior experience required - we value potential and willingness to learn.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
