**Key Responsibilities**:

- Attend and manage wholesale buyers visiting the shop
- Pitch products professionally and clearly to retailers and resellers
- Take and process orders efficiently (manual or system-based)
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
- Maintain knowledge of current stock, trends, and pricing
- Keep accurate records of orders, payments, and customer details
- Follow up with clients for repeat orders or pending payments
- Coordinate with warehouse or stock staff for dispatch and delivery
- Handle customer queries, complaints, or return/exchange issues professionally
- Promote slow-moving or old stock tactfully
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred
- Experience in garment wholesale sales preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Customer-oriented approach
- Basic understanding of billing/invoicing processes
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple clients
- Good team player and punctual
