**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Ad Copy Creation**: Write persuasive, engaging, and conversion-focused ad copy for various paid platforms.
- **A/B Testing**: Collaborate with the Paid Ads team to test and optimize copy for maximum performance.
- **Market Research**: Analyze client industries, audiences, and competitors to create highly targeted messaging.
- **SEO Integration**: Incorporate keyword research and best practices to ensure ad relevance and quality scores.
- **Brand Alignment**: Maintain consistent brand voice and tone across all campaigns.
- **Performance Monitoring**: Analyze ad performance data and refine copy to improve CTR and ROI.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with strategists, designers, and account managers to develop cohesive campaigns.

**KPIs**:

- **Ad Performance**: Achieve a minimum CTR of 5% across platforms.
- **Efficiency**: Write, revise, and deliver ad copy for 5-10 campaigns per day.
- **Quality & Consistency**: Maintain high standards of accuracy, creativity, and brand alignment across all projects.
- **Collaboration**: Maintain a 90% on-time response rate for internal communication based on team feedback.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Copywriter with expertise in crafting paid ads for platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, or LinkedIn.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and results-driven ad campaigns.
- Familiarity with A/B testing, audience segmentation, and performance analytics.
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Proficiency in keyword research tools and content platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively in a fast-paced environment.
