Now, we’re looking for a talented **Copywriter** to craft high-converting ad creatives that resonate with target audiences and drive performance.

**Role Overview**

As a **Copywriter**, you will be responsible for developing compelling ad copy for UGC videos, graphics, and performance marketing campaigns. Your role will involve deep consumer research, extracting insights from brand and competitor reviews, and executing a structured process to create persuasive copy that boosts conversions.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Ad Copywriting** - Write engaging, high-converting copy for Meta and Google ads, ensuring alignment with consumer psychology and marketing objectives.
- **UGC Video Copywriting** - Develop engaging hooks, scripts, and captions for UGC-style video ads to maximize engagement and retention.
- **Graphics Copywriting** - Create compelling text overlays, taglines, and call-to-actions for ad creatives and social media graphics.
- **Consumer Research** - Analyze target customer personas, brand reviews, and competitor feedback to identify key pain points, desires, and messaging opportunities.
- **Process-Driven Execution** - Follow a structured approach from research to writing, ensuring consistency and effectiveness in all ad copy.
- **Speed & Adaptability** - Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, quickly iterating on copy based on performance data and feedback.
- **Collaboration** - Work closely with the creative and media buying teams to align messaging with campaign goals and audience insights.

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 2 years of experience** in copywriting within the **eCommerce or coaching industry**.
- Proven track record of writing high-performing ad copy for **performance marketing campaigns**.
- Strong understanding of **consumer psychology and personas**.
- Ability to **extract key messaging insights** from brand and competitor reviews.
- A structured approach to **research, testing, and iterating copy**.
- Excellent command of English, with the ability to write clear, concise, and persuasive copy.
- **Proactive and fast-paced**, able to start delivering from day one with mínimal guidance.
