JOB Role:

- Engaged in handling calls Outbound Calls For US Website Process.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment Pleasant, professional, and courteous personality skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Converting query calls to sales calls.
- Ability to Identify Opportunity and Implement Process Improvements

Has technical experience and skills in the areas of problem determination, creativity, and analysis.
- Possess excellent English communication skills
- Have a good attitude - should be committed to the work.
- Should be flexible with night shift
- Comfortable work from office
