We are hiring for the position of Customer Care Specialist / Customer Care Executive for our company Digital Mitro, Kolkata.

**Job Description**:
Education: Min 12th passed / Any Graduation.

Pre-requisite: Excellent Communication skills.

Experience: Min 1.5 months experience in any international outbound/inbound voice process (Preferably worked for International Sales process)

Working days: 5 days working, fixed Sat Sun off

Shifts: US shift (Outbound Voice)

Work Location: Salt Lake Sec V, Kolkata

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- US shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
