Job Title: US Voice Process Associate

Location: Kolkata

Key Responsibilities :-

  • Identify resumes and extract relevant keywords based on company requirements.
  • Source and screen potential candidates' resumes from job boards.
  • Maintain and update recruitment databases for accurate tracking.
  • Evaluate candidates' credibility and ensure completion of documentation.
  • Keep applicants informed about their application status throughout the process.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact, building strong candidate relationships during selection.
  • Initiate contact with potential candidates and guide them through IT-based Knowledge Transfer Programs, sharing insights into effective internal hiring practices.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree (any field) or equivalent.
  • Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and internet browsing.
  • Communication Skills: Strong English proficiency (verbal & written).
  • Other Skills:
  • Good organizational and interpersonal abilities.
  • High energy, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn.

Eligibility:

  • Male candidates only (due to night shift requirements).
  • Freshers only – candidates with prior experience will not be considered.

Work Hours & Shifts

  • Night Shift: 8:30 PM – 5:30 AM (Monday to Friday)
