Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' preferences, budget, and expectations for their holiday experience.

Recommend holiday destinations, accommodations, activities, and transportation options based on clients' requirements and interests.

Create customized holiday itineraries tailored to individual client preferences while maximizing value and satisfaction.

Coordinate all aspects of travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities.

Ensure accurate documentation and confirmation of all travel reservations.

Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients before, during, and after their holiday to address any questions or concerns.

Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and operations, to optimize holiday offerings and improve customer satisfaction.

Stay updated on industry trends, new destinations, and travel regulations to provide informed recommendations to clients.

Handle any issues or emergencies that may arise during clients' holidays, providing prompt resolutions and ensuring a positive experience.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, tourism, business administration, or related field preferred.

Proven experience in a similar role within the travel industry, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.

Proficiency in travel booking systems and software, such as Amadeus, Sabre, or similar platforms.

Knowledge of popular holiday destinations, attractions, and travel logistics.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Passion for travel and a genuine interest in helping clients create unforgettable holiday experiences.
