**SCOPE OF THE JOB**:
The scope of the job is to manage & lead the Accounts and Finance team, aiming to fulfill the organization's Finalization of Accounts, Timely Compliance, Audit and Control, Audit Support. Cost Benefit Analysis, Project Margin Analysis and Financial Management

**PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES**:
**A. Finalization of Accounts**

1. Finalization of Accounts + Audit Support
2. Statutory Compliance
3. Day to Day Transactional Activities
4. Receivables vs Payable Mngt (Collections and Payments)
5.Revenue assurance

**B. Cost Management**

1. Cost Benefit Analysis + Project Margin Analysis + CMA + Monthly MIS
2. Financial Dash boarding
3. Cross Functional Support + Coordination with Other Dept
4. Financial Evaluation of Projects

**C. Statutory Compliance**

1. Legal and Statutory Compliance
2. Statutory payments
3. Bankers/Investors compliance

**D. Payments and Receipts**

1. Timely payment to vendors/ Suppliers
2. Reporting Idle fund utilization
3. Coordination with billing team for Collection plan
4. Coordinate with Project and SCM for execution plan
5. Elaborate cash flow planning

**E. Budget**

1. Cooperation with managing director in compilation of budget, annual forecast, and midterm plan

**F. Process-People Improvement and Team Building**

1. Understand and improve the excellence in processes for each activity in terms of following guidelines/checklists.

2. Skill development of each team member and ensure that they can complete the activities independently.

3. Self Development, Knowledge Building, and sharing, using, Imparting technical and personality development training to the team.

4. Ensuring cross-functional activities within the team to avoid dependencies.

5. Motivate team member to a positive mindset which in-turn reflect their personal and professional carrier growth.

6. Taking care of the employee as a family member and ensuring their support in Professional as well as in Personal life.

**DESIRED EXPERIENCE AND EXPOSURE**:

- 12-15 years of Experience
- Strong in Accounts and Financial Management
- Deep Knowledge of Taxation Parts
- Planning & execution capabilities in complex environments on the ground.
- Worked with fast-growing companies where a lot of ownership & responsibility is taken on the job.
- SAP B1 or similar ERP experience will be highly regarded
**EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS**
- Chartered Accountant

**Salary**: - between 20 to 25 LPA depends on Current CTC and Experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹625,653.68 - ₹2,240,448.10 per year
