**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage end-to-end **Working Capital** and **Fund Flow** across ongoing and new projects
- Lead **Fund Raising** activities including project loans and financial closures
- Coordinate and negotiate with **Banks, NBFCs**, and financial institutions
- Handle **Debt Servicing**, repayment schedules, and ensure compliance with loan covenants
- Prepare and review **CMA data, project cash flows, balance sheets**, and other financial documentation
- Support strategic financial planning and budgeting in alignment with company goals
- Ensure timely preparation of MIS reports, forecasts, and financial models for project evaluation
- Provide financial insight to support decision-making at senior management level
- Chartered Accountant / MBA in Finance or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience, preferably in **Infrastructure or Project-based industries**:

- Proven track record in **project financing, fund mobilization, and financial controls**:

- Excellent knowledge of banking operations, loan structuring, and compliance
- Strong leadership, analytical, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple stakeholders

Pay: ₹558,638.13 - ₹2,990,629.70 per year
