Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune for a GM Technical Construction. The GM Technical Construction will oversee construction projects from concept to completion, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Responsibilities include coordinating with teams, managing project schedules, and driving the completion of technical construction projects. Additionally, the GM will lead research and development initiatives, support product development, and foster team building and management.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Project Management and Team Management skills
  • Experience in Research and Development (R&D) and Product Development skills
  • Strong Team Building abilities and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
  • Previous experience in the construction industry is a plus
