**Job description-**
1. Good understanding of Microsoft tools like excel, ppt, word & Office 365
2. Ability to consolidate and report the overall progress of tickets raised with trends. At least the ability to follow a template provided by the business teams.
3. Good coordination skills where one can regularly follow up on open items and keep a track of TAT for each ticket reported by the business.
**Relevant Work-experience Required-**
0-3 of experience in service desk, call center with ability to organize work.
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
