**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Brand Strategy & Development**: Define and implement the overall brand strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and brand positioning.
- **Marketing Campaigns**: Develop and oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, influencer marketing, PR, and traditional advertising, tailored to reach our target audience.
- **Customer Acquisition & Retention**: Build and execute strategies for customer acquisition and retention, ensuring a seamless and premium customer experience across all touchpoints.
- **Content Creation & Influencer Strategy**: Develop content strategies in collaboration with internal teams to drive engagement and brand storytelling, leveraging influencers and brand ambassadors to boost visibility.
- **Market Research & Analysis**: Conduct market research to stay ahead of fashion trends, competitors, and customer preferences, translating insights into actionable strategies.
- **Team Leadership**: Lead and inspire the marketing team, ensuring alignment across departments (creative, PR, e-commerce, retail, etc.).
- **Budget Management**: Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring that resources are efficiently allocated and maximize ROI.
- **Partnerships & Collaborations**: Identify and secure strategic partnerships and collaborations that align with the brand’s vision and goals.
- **Events & Brand Activations**: Conceptualize and execute high-profile events, pop-ups, and collaborations that elevate brand perception and customer engagement.
- **Experience**: 2+ years of experience in brand marketing, with a focus on the financial services or fintech industry. Experience with similar advisory platforms is a plus.
- **Advertising Expertise**: Strong knowledge of third-party advertising platforms and proven experience in managing successful ad campaigns.
- **Strategic Mindset**: Ability to develop and implement effective brand strategies that align with business objectives.
- **Analytical Skills**: Proficiency in using analytics tools to measure campaign performance and derive actionable insights.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and engaging manner.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
