- Interacts with Flavorist to work out differences in formula and supports development and matching projects.
- Monitors on-going work flow with the Director of Technical Services Flavors.
- Performs special projects under the direction of the Director of Technical Services Flavors.
- Cleans, sanitizes, assembles and runs pilot equipment such as homogenizer and spray dryer.
- Interacts with Flavorist to work out differences in formula and supports development and matching projects.
- Works accurately with small quantities of product and raw materials.
- Utilizes good time management skills while working under pressure.
- Prepares graphs and charts. Keeps accurate, complete and up to date records of all samples made. Prints and maintains security of all flavor formula batch sheets.
- Cleans and sterilizes laboratory equipment and glassware. Keep the laboratory clean and orderly at all times.
- Maintains the laboratories' supply of raw materials.
- Complies with all laboratory safety procedures. Follows good lab practices for maintaining a safe, clean and organized work environment.
- Produce pilot batch orders for customers.

Work under the guidance of the R&D Flavor Lab Manager

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
