Ø Deliver new product, upgrades, refresh meeting QCD targets & Gate adherence

Ø Integrated project planning, execute, Monitor & control

Ø Facilitate CFT team for achieving project KPI’s & conflict resolution

Ø Deployment of target cost, quality-RDML targets to system level and part level

Ø Prepare management report and escalate issues for resolution

Ø Stake holder management of functions like R&D COC, Quality, Production engineering, supply chain, Software development, Marketing & Service

Ø Project Budget & Resource estimation, planning and control

Ø Adopt digital dashboards for project QCD status and transparency
