
Administrative Assistant/receptionist

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Communication Management**:
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and team members effectively in English.
**Organizational Tasks**:
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain and organize digital and physical records and files.
**Multitasking & Prioritization**:
- Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Adapt to shifting priorities and maintain efficiency under pressure.
**Team Support**:
- Provide administrative support to various departments.
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and other documentation.
**Customer Service**:
- Act as a point of contact for inquiries and ensure client satisfaction.
**Qualifications**:
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively and maintain attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office tools.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a proactive approach.
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience (preferred but not mandatory).
