Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities will include the following.
- To ensure a high level of customer care for its clients, both internal and external to support the delivery of the company mission and vision which will meet the corporate standard.
- Helping clients towards a deeper understanding of their concerns.
- Keeping records on CRM, creating the task, helping clients to complete their needs.
- Good English writing and speaking skills.
- Ability to manage and work with multiple clients.
- Respond to customer requests within the accepted turn-around time.
- Build relationships with prospective clients.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree.
- 0-1 Years of Experience In Customer Service Or Customer Relationship Management.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
- Strong Problem-Solving and Conflict Resolution Skills.
- Ability To Multitask and Manage Multiple Priorities Effectively.
- Proficiency In Microsoft Office Suite and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software.
- Ability To Work Independently and As Part of A Team.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
