
Office Assistant

The Office Assistant will support the day-to-day administrative functions within the office. This includes managing office communications, maintaining files, and providing support for office events and other administrative tasks.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and forward inquiries to the appropriate staff.
- Organize and maintain office files, records, and documentation.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and ensure all office logistics are managed.
- Assist in drafting and maintaining correspondence and reports.
- Handle office supplies and ensure inventory is managed properly.
- Provide general administrative assistance to the office team.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; an Associate’s degree or higher is a plus.
- 2-5 years of experience in an office administration role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
