**Job Summary**:
The Field Officer will be responsible for engaging with the local community, conducting surveys, and assisting with data collection for ongoing projects. This is an entry-level position, ideal for freshers eager to work in the field and contribute to the success of local projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collect data and conduct surveys in the field as part of the project implementation.
- Assist in monitoring and reporting on project progress.
- Build relationships with local stakeholders, communities, and beneficiaries.
- Report on field activities, challenges, and achievements.
- Provide support during community mobilization and awareness programs.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Fresher with a willingness to learn and work in the field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel to different locations.
- Local knowledge and understanding of the community is a plus.

Pay: Up to ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
