Job Title: Office Administrator
Location: Hubli
**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Administrative Support**:Handle general office tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
Maintain and update company records and databases.
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documents.
Coordinate meetings, conferences, and appointments.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
**Office Management**:Ensure the office is well-organized and presentable.
Manage office supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed.
Oversee the maintenance of office facilities and report any issues.
**Travel Coordination**:Arrange travel plans and accommodations for employees as required.
Keep track of travel expenses and prepare related reports.
**Event Coordination**:Assist in the planning and execution of company events and functions.
Coordinate logistics for meetings and conferences.
**Human Resources Support**:Assist in the onboarding process for new employees.
Maintain employee records and assist with HR-related tasks.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
**Education and Experience**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, office management, or a related field.
- 2+ years of relevant work experience.

- Proactive and self-motivated.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
