Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Student Counselling:
Engage with prospective students via calls or in-person meetings to understand their needs and career goals.

Provide accurate information about courses, fees, admission processes, and career opportunities associated with learning foreign languages.

2. Admissions Assistance:
Maintain regular follow-ups with potential students to ensure a high conversion rate.

3. Promotional Activities:
Participate in educational fairs, and promotional events to represent the institute.

Assist in creating and implementing marketing strategies to attract students.

4. Database Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inquiries, follow-ups, and admissions in CRM systems.

Generate periodic reports on admissions and conversion metrics.

5. Collaboration with Teams:
Work closely with academic and administrative teams to align admission efforts with institutional goals.

Address student concerns and ensure their smooth transition into the learning environment.

6. Market Research:
Stay updated on trends in foreign language education and student preferences to tailor counselling strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferably in Education, Marketing, or Languages).

Prior experience in student counselling or admissions (preferred).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

Knowledge or interest in foreign languages and international cultures is a plus.

Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
