**Job Title**: Export Coordinator

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and verify export documents (Invoice, Packing List, BL, COO, LC documents, etc.).
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, CHA, and transporters for timely dispatch.
- Ensure compliance with customs, DGFT, and international trade regulations.
- Communicate with overseas clients on shipment status, documentation, and delivery schedules.
- Manage export invoicing, LC submissions, and follow up on export payments with banks.
- Maintain export records and prepare MIS reports for management.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong knowledge of export documentation, INCOTERMS, and international shipping procedures.
- Familiarity with LC, export financing, and customs clearance.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure with attention to detail.

**Qualification & Experience**:

- Graduate in Commerce / International Business / Logistics or related field.
- 2-5 years’ experience in export/import coordination.
- Knowledge of customs laws & DGFT procedures preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
