**Procurement**
- New Vendor Development, Sourcing, Procurement from domestic region.
- All Vendor performance assessment.
- Responsible for ordering of materials, supplies & follows up with all vendors to ensure the timely delivery. Maintain records of goods ordered and received.
- Arranging and coordinating for quotations & samples from Companies for approvals.
- Review quality of purchased products.
- Coordinate with warehouse/user at the time of material receipt.
- Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.
- Coordinate with stores (maintenance & consumable) for proper documentation and to ensure proper storage.
- Checking of all vendor bills prior to release of Payments
- **Import/Export**:

- Liaison with CHA on day-to-day basis.
- Must coordinate with CHA/Customs for clearing and processing shipments and documenting the same
- Checking of CHA, agencies bill prior to release of Payments.
- Advance licenses and export incentive claim process with DGFT.
- Responsible for all types of work related to DGFT and import/export.
- **Factory/Inventory**:

- Audit of physical movement of material with documents from Compression to QC to Semi.
- Audit of physical movement of defective material with documents.
- Track daily factory output.
- Help to check difference of RM consumption.
- Help to inventory audit

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sanand, Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
