Our Client is exporter and manufacturer of water Pumps we manufacture in excess of 3000 variant of water pumps, vertical as well as horizontal open-well submersible motors, submersible pumps, industrial pumps, etc.

**Position**: Sales Co-ordinator

**Work Location**: South Karnatka

**Gender**: Male

**Qualification**: B.Com/BBA/Any Graduate

**Experience **: 1 to 3 years

**Industry**: Any Industry

**Salary**: 20K
- Coordinator over mails, sms, whatsapp for any request, complaints, requirement, enquiry & reply accordingly with concern department.
- If any enquiry receive than forward it to concern area manager.
- Checking customers outstanding and give order booing accordingly.
- Update the outstanding of customers to area manager and customers.
- Updated the database of complaints received and forward the same to concern department & proper closure of complaints.
- Maintain Dispatch schedule & share with customer and area manager.
- Arrange transportation for dispatch and maintain the data.
- Follow up for pending orders, PO & Dispatches etc.
- Preparing tentative requirements of next month.
- Maintain Target Vs Achievements data employee wise.

**Secondary Responsibilities**:

- Collection of clients forms, feedback form.
- Maintain Sales dashboard.
- Prepare MIS report.
- Coordinate with Sales team for various activities or plant related communication.
- Working with sales team for customer delight activity.
- Maintain clients, customer’s files.
- Preparing distributor agreement.
- Maintain ISO documentation.
- Induction of process to new employee in Sales & marketing.

**Skills Required**:
1) Must Have knowledge of Excel/MS.office

2) 2)Good Communication skill

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
