**Job Opening: Sales Engineer at Star Automation Solution**

**Position**: Sales Engineer

**Location**: Sanand, Ahmedabad, Gujarat

**Responsibilities**:
1. **Customer Engagement**:

- Conduct meetings with customers to understand their requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

2. **Quotation Preparation and Follow-Up**:

- Prepare detailed and accurate quotations based on customer requirements.
- Follow up with customers to ensure quotations are well-received and address any questions or concerns.

3. **Marketing Planning**:

- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to promote automation solutions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing initiatives.

4. **Sales and Technical Support**:

- Provide technical support to customers, explaining complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Assist in developing and delivering sales presentations and demonstrations.

5. **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Provide regular reports to management on sales performance and market feedback.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Sales Engineer or similar role, preferably in the automation industry.
- Strong technical background with a good understanding of automation systems and solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer accounts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Prior experience in sales and marketing of technical products is highly desirable.
