**Job Summary**:
Here is a job description for a **Bench Sales Recruiter** with a minimum of 2+ years of experience for onsite roles in Noida, Hyderabad, and Mumbai locations:
- **Key Responsibilities**: Identify and develop relationships with IT staffing clients and vendors to place bench consultants.
- Market bench consultants to direct clients and preferred vendors.
- Negotiate rates and contracts with clients and vendors.
- Update and maintain the database of bench consultants and their skills, qualifications, and availability.
- Work closely with consultants to ensure their resumes are updated and highlight their skills effectively.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and client expectations.
- Keep track of client submissions, interviews, and placements.
- Stay updated with current market trends in IT staffing and recruitment.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Knowledge of various recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and CRM tools.
- Experience working with different types of visa holders (H1B, L1, etc.) is a plus.
