We are looking for a Procurement and Inventory manager who is detail-oriented, exceptionally organised, able to manage complex systems, and who has excellent communication, math and analytical skills.Your responsibilities would include maintaining inventory records ; managing daily activities in purchasing to include day to day and capital projects purchases; This involves tasks such as evaluating product quality, researching different vendors, and negotiating contracts. You would usually work in an office setting, but periodic travel to supplier sites and vendor meetings is required. Success in this position requires strong organisation and communication skills.

The Logistics Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day activity of processing incoming orders and payments and ensuring that the inventory system is fully operational.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage relationships with customers.
- Process all incoming orders and returns.
- Select best delivery method to ensure product reaches customer on time.
- Reporting discrepancies between physical counts and computer records.
- Meeting order fullfillment objectives.
- Reporting to management.
- Ensure customer policy, guidelines and any associated documents are in place and updated when required.
- Utilize appropriate resources to ensure orders are processed and delivered on time.
- Provide management reports and key performance data and monitor cost savings

**Requirements**:

- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to work with diverse internal customer base and on cross business project teams
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Experience in Customer Service
- E-commerce and Amazon experience.
- Able to work effectively with others and work across a range of functions
- Familiarity with sourcing and vendor management
- Working experience of vendor management software
- Ability to gather and analyze data and to work with figures
- Solid judgment with ability to make good decisions
- Strong leadership capabilities
- Multilingual ability
- Must have at least 2 years solid experience in logistics and supply chain management
- Proficiency with Ms-Excel;
- Good people skills;
- Good analytical and problem-solving ability;
- Good public relations skills

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
