**Role Overview**:
We are seeking an experienced Executive in Digital Marketing/Performance

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Social Media Management:

- Manage and grow our social media pages by executing strategic initiatives.
- Assist in generating creative content and ideas for social media platforms.

2. Content Creation and Strategy:

- Collaborate to develop and implement effective social media strategies.
- Monitor online trends to conceptualize engaging and relevant content.

3. Digital Marketing Execution:

- Execute and manage paid social media advertising campaigns.
- Utilize knowledge in SEM, SEO, and Google Analytics for performance marketing.

4. Online Reputation Management:

- Oversee the online reputation across all social channels and address issues proactively.

5. Campaign Optimization:

- Explore and identify new opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of campaigns.
- Track sales data to ensure alignment with sales quotas and prepare performance reports.

6. Innovation and Competitiveness:

- Test new channels and trends to maintain competitiveness and add value to the marketing efforts.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing.
- Strong understanding of internet culture, search engines, and social media platforms.
- Proficiency in major social media paid marketing, SEM, SEO, and Google Analytics.
- Excellent analytical skills with a creative mindset for ideas and content creation.
- Strong communication skills and ability to present performance reports.
- Proven ability to test new marketing channels and innovate.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
