**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, outbound outreach, and inbound lead management.
- Understand client requirements and present tailored **IT/software solutions**.
- Conduct **client meetings, presentations, and product demos** to showcase solutions.
- Follow up with prospects, negotiate terms, and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Analyze sales and marketing data, prepare reports, and identify growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of proposals, product information, and client solutions.
- Maintain strong client relationships for **upselling, cross-selling, and retention**.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- **0.6 - 3 years of experience** in Sales/Business Development (IT industry preferred).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in **English and Hindi**.
- Strong knowledge of **IT services/software solutions**.
- Ability to handle client interactions, meetings, and presentations confidently.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital marketing basics.
- **Bike and Valid Driving License (mandatory)** - as client meetings are a key part of the role.
