**Responsibilities**:
Conduct research and development to create new food and beverage products aligned with market trends and consumer preferences.

Develop and test new formulations, taking into account taste, texture, functionality, nutritional value, and shelf life. Witness Production and product sampling upto mark and set the track for others to follow and adhere to quality standards and inspect the production as and when needed and assure the quality and taste standards are maintained at factory overseeing it. setting all necessary guidelines for the team to follow and achieve the same.

Conduct sensory evaluations and consumer testing to ensure product quality and satisfaction.

Implement and maintain a comprehensive Quality Control program, adhering to FSSAI and FDA regulations.

Oversee all aspects of the production process, ensuring consistency and adherence to established protocols.

Liaise with regulatory bodies to ensure product compliance with food safety standards.

Maintain detailed documentation of all research, development, and testing activities.

Stay up-to-date on the latest food science trends, technologies, and regulations.

Work collaboratively with marketing, sales, and operations teams to bring new products to market successfully.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor of Science in Food Technology or a related field (e.g., Food Science, Nutrition, Agriculture) preferred. Diploma in Food Technology with extensive experience may be considered OR equivalent education with demonstratable experience.

Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in the food and beverage industry (especially with prior experience in Snacks, Namkeen, pasta, Noodles, Bakery items, Seasonings & flavours, fruit juices etc.,

Demonstrated experience in new product development, including formulation, testing, and scaling up production.

Strong understanding of food safety principles and regulations (FSSAI and/or FDA).

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and food industry-specific software (desirable).

Ability to work independently and as part of a team and develop the team further for the growth.

Passion for food innovation and a commitment to quality.

Pay: ₹14,233.51 - ₹50,000.00 per month
