**Job Title**: Recruitment Apprentice

**Location**: Ithum Tower, Sector 62, Noida
**Duration**: 6 months (Apprenticeship Opportunity)

**Stipend**: 10k

**Role Description**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Market Research**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and talent market dynamics. Contribute to market research projects to enhance recruitment strategies.
- **Collaboration**:Work closely with the recruitment team to support internal & external (client) hiring needs. Gain insights into workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Recent graduate or currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiastic about a career in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
